Do I need a Customer Account?
No
you do not need to register for an account but there are benefits if
you do, and it is done automatically after the checkout process, the
benefits of registering is you can check on the progress of your order
and view your order history, Also Special offers for account holders soon.
If you want the account deleted let me know and it will be done but you lose the benefits of using the account option.
How long will it take you to answer my email?
We aim to respond to any emails we have been sent within 24 hours. We read every single email we receive.
How do I place an order?
We try to make the
ordering process as simple as possible. To order a product, you
must first click on the item you are interested in purchasing. You can click on the 'Add To Basket' button to add the product to your shopping cart at any time.
Like shopping in
any store the shopping basket allows you to safely keep your items held
waiting for you whilst you continue browsing for other products you may
wish to add. If you add another items to your basket you will be taken
directly to the basket. A list of the items you have chosen and a total
price will be displayed. You can go to your shopping basket any time by clicking on the 'View your basket' link on any of the website pages.
When you have finished click on the 'Proceed to Checkout'
button to begin completing your order. You will be greeted with a page
requiring your email address, contact and delivery address details.
Please ensure that the details you are submitting are correct including
the delivery address if the item is being sent to someone else as a
present. Click on continue to move on to the next stage where you can
at a glance check the details of the products ordered, their value and
their delivery address. If you are happy with everything click on
continue.
Here you can
specify your chosen method of payment - either Paypal or Personal
Cheque / Postal Order.
To pay by credit card, debit card or using your Paypal balance please click the Paypal "pay to click here" logo and
follow Paypals instructions. To send either a cheque or post order to
us please make a note of our address and click pay by post. Then you
just need to send your payment to us.
What payment methods are available?
We
offer a
number of different payment methods for our customers. The most common
way of ordering any item from us is with Paypal. If you do not have a
Credit or Debit card, you may choose to pay via Cheque or Postal Order.
I also offer payment by Bank Transfer, which is better for larger
orders, Please Contact Us for details and you can also pay with cash if
you want, sent by recorded delivery of course.
With these types of payment you just need to click the pay by post
button and send the cheque or postal order to us. Please keep a note of
the details of your order.

I have placed an order using a cheque or postal order. Now what?
The order will go
through to us ready to receive your payment. You will receive a
confirmation email after you have placed it. If you are sending a
payment using postal orders we recommend sending them recorded delivery
for your protection.
How secure are my credit card details?
We use Paypal as our payment provider. At no point do we see your card details nor do we have access to them.
How long will it take to process my order?
The length of
time an order takes to be processed is dependant on how your details
pass through our system. Whenever a customer places a Credit card or
debit card order via Paypal the order will be sent as soon as possible.
Usually within 2 working days. If
you have placed an order with us and are paying by Postal Order or
cheque your order can only be processed when we receive payment. Postal
Orders will be cashed as soon as possible and the order will be sent
the same day as we receive payment in this way. Cheques can take around
5 days to clear, with Paypal cheques taking considerably longer.
How long will it take to receive my order?
The time it
takes depends entirely on the locality and when the order was made. Any
delays that occur once posted are entirely down to Royal Mail. Once
your item has been posted you will be emailed a Royal Mail tracking
number.
Can I cancel my order?
Providing you
contact us before
your order is dispatched and ideally as soon as possible after making
the order, you should be able to cancel your order without a problem.
If the order is still being processed, we will cancel the order for
you. If it has already been dispatched there is nothing we can do.
Can I track my package?
Yes, If you have opted for Recorded Delivery UK
Only a tracking number will be sent in a confirmation email when your
order is dispatched and on its way to you.

My goods arrived damaged or did not arrive?
All
items are checked thoroughly before being dispatched.
We
always recommend for customers to use Recorded Delivery just an extra
76p (UK Only) for peace of mind, parcel sent this way rarely get lost.
Should an item not be with
you after 4 days of you receiving the tracking number or an item being
received damaged please contact us for assistance.
Returns policy
Should you need to return an order for any reason please contact us
within 7 days. Any items returned without our knowledge or consent may
be subject to a handling charge.
Responsibility for the safe return of
any item rests with the customer and for this reason we suggest that Returned items should be sent recorded for the customers security.
Any refunds will be made using the same payment
method as the original purchase.
Please note that return postage costs
are not refundable

A
return address label is attached to each order with our returns
department address on it , if an order cannot be delivered the Post
Office will keep it for five days, after that it will be returned to
sender.
We use Paypal as the Secure On-line Payment Provider.
We
never see your Card Details and We Never Sell or Give away your address
or email details, sometimes we send out emails to offer you special
offers but only from my websites and no others.
